SKILLED FORCE · DOSSIER LIBRARY · INDIA

Know the work. Know the person.

These are not conventional job descriptions. Each dossier defines the capability Vasundhara needs, the work the person must actually perform, the evidence that should establish competence, the project outcomes they own, the engagement routes available to them and the Indian regions where the capability may be especially deep. Regional notes are capability leads—not stereotypes or exclusion criteria.

THE DOSSIER STANDARD

Every role will eventually have the same level of definition.

Professional titles vary enormously between firms and states. Our taxonomy therefore separates the title from the actual competency. Formal qualifications and registrations remain mandatory wherever Indian law requires them; practical craft roles are assessed through demonstrated work, references, tests and site performance.

01

Capability

Knowledge, technical skill, tools, software, codes, materials and judgement.

02

Suitability

Temperament, communication, field discipline, mobility and ability to work with rural project realities.

03

Geography

Where the relevant professional, industrial or craft ecosystem is likely to be found.

04

Outcome

The measurable project result, hand-off, quality threshold or decision the person owns.

PHASE I · CORE BUILT-ENVIRONMENT ROLES

The core built-environment dossiers.

Open Phase II — specialist dossiers →

Phase I establishes the core people required to take a typical Vasundhara residential, rural campus, hospitality, farm-estate or community project from investigation through design, construction and handover. The taxonomy will expand into specialist environmental, agricultural, mobility, hospitality, legal, finance, digital, community and operating roles.
