Project Feasibility & Cost Review
A defined first engagement for a homeowner who has a real residential project but does not yet have a sufficiently reliable project brief.

- Written next-step brief identifying what should happen before design or construction
Paid engagement
The fee is confirmed in writing after the initial enquiry is qualified and before work begins. It is a Vasundhara service fee, not a claimed market benchmark.
What it does not includeDetailed architectural drawings, structural design, sanction drawings, a final BOQ, site execution, or contractor liability. Those are separate engagements where required.
TimingDelivery timing is agreed when the engagement is accepted, based on the project brief and evidence required.
